By using SpinLync, you agree to these terms. SpinLync is operated by Narinder Partap Singh as a sole trader (ABN: 20 181 541 570), Melbourne, Australia.
SpinLync repurposes user-submitted content into AI-generated outputs across a range of platform formats, plus creator tools such as Clip Finder. Free and Pro subscription tiers apply, as described in-app.
Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal, via your device's subscription settings. A 7-day free trial applies to first-time subscribers. Refunds follow Apple's / Google's standard policies.
You retain ownership of content you submit and outputs SpinLync generates for you. By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to use and repurpose it. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing them anywhere, including for factual accuracy and compliance with the platform you're posting to.
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on others' rights, or intended to generate harmful, hateful, or deceptive material. You agree not to attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting.
Premium/Pro "unlimited" usage is subject to fair-use limits designed to prevent automated abuse and keep the service fast for everyone (currently far above what any individual user reaches in normal use). We may adjust these limits and will act only against automated or abusive traffic, never normal personal use.
SpinLync is provided "as is." We are not liable for how you use AI-generated outputs, including any consequences of publishing unreviewed content. To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
We may suspend access for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
